as you turn to an aged for being conscious on fear from appearing lines beside the nose and below the eyes (the wrinkles). Just like any other woman out there, I become more careful for the foods and routine to avoid that to happen.

 i searched and knowing all the causes of all these. i'm not going to give a  Scientific explanation for you even if i saw out there was it, despite, i will give you a simple explanation about it. here is the first and can say the main reason of wrinkles appearing.

Beauty Routine Tips: Proper Ways of Exfoliating your Skin

some women exfoliate their faces but forget about other body parts. As the weather heats up is also beginning to damage our skin, you should exfoliate all over. Exfoliation is also important before applying tanning products or when rejuvenating skin.below tips are proper ways of body Exfoliating.

-Exfoliating Supplies-

Instructions:
1.Before stepping into the shower, brush your dry skin with your loofah, body brush or exfoliating gloves. This will help remove the loose skin and prepare your skin for the exfoliating process. Begin with the soles of your feet, working your way up your body.

2. Get into the shower and wet your body from head to toe. Don't exfoliate your skin if you are sunburned or have any open cuts or wounds.

3. Use a pumice stone on your feet to eliminate rough spots and calluses. If your feet are extremely rough, soak them in a basin of warm water mixed with a cup of milk for 30 minutes before getting into the shower.

4. Apply your exfoliating cleanser to your loofah or gloves. Begin scrubbing your body in a circular motion starting with the bottoms of your feet and working your way up. When you reach the bikini area, don't scrub too hard because the skin is very sensitive.

5. Use a body brush to exfoliate your back and other hard-to-reach places.

6. Be gentle on your face, particularly around your eyes and mouth. Use an exfoliating product especially formulated for the face, which is gentler than products designed to be used on the body.

7. Don't forget about your hands. You want them to look and feel soft and smooth too!

8. Rinse your body with lukewarm water, and follow with the coldest water you can stand. Apply a shower gel to soften your skin, if you'd like.

9. After stepping out of the shower, apply a moisturizing body lotion all over. Body lotions and facial moisturizers containing alpha or beta hydroxy acids are ideal choices because these acids continue to remove dead skin cells.

10. Use body moisturizer lotion once a day. Exfoliation is drying to the skin, so you must keep your skin hydrated.

Select exfoliating cleansers that contain sea salt, sugar, ground almonds, walnuts, seeds or other grainy components.
Exfoliating once or twice a week is usually enough to achieve silky skin; however, women with oily skin should exfoliate more often than those with dry skin. If your skin becomes excessively dry or irritated after exfoliation, don't scrub so hard. Cut back on how often you exfoliate, and explore the possibility that you may be allergic to the products you used.

many women love to wear red lipstick because it is a color that can pops the shape of a lips and enhance many look.

New BB Germanium BB Cream Foundation SPF20 PA++ Review

After spending hard times looking for the Make up set that fits for my skin wanted.I can't believe, I found more than expectation. I waited so long to buy this foundation, I'd have to say this is my new apple of the eyes today since I'm leaving MAC (previous beauty brand) which is a big thing considering I've tried  a lots of foundations from drugstore to high end up and nothing compares to this. It is flawless and it really does stay on all day. I top this with BB germanium powder in medium and my colleagues even complemented on how nice my skin looks, Next bottle I buy will probably be a different shade as I think even the makeup artist from any Expensive make up company tutored me different type of their products  but didn't quiet match me well. I'm fair with some shadow,lines and freckles, But was matched to dhcBB Cream foundation with the exact color match my skin tone. 

  I bought it 2 products in 1 set the  BB germanium cream foundation and BB mineral powder germanium manufactured by this Cosmetic Company named dhc.(dhc.com)

if you asking me if what is germanium doing in a make up?  I would say sorry for I don't know also!  all I know about germanium is it can absorb any dead cells and stressed in our body and skin! so may be it can absorb a dead skin in our face also,  just guessing!!

Overall, I would agree that this powder provides a smoother and more natural appearance than ordinary powders do. When I've applied this powder, my skin somehow manages to be matte, yet retains a luminous look that I don't get with most pressed powders, probably due to the BB nature. Beauty Tips: How to Make Healthy Fruit Juices at Home

making juices are one of my favorite things to do and preferred when at home.
a refreshing beverage for all situation such as, watching movies while setting relaxed on my sofa or even watching view at the veranda. aside for its deliciousness it also have a lots of beneficial supplements we can get,when drinking fruit juices you will get a much faster boost of natural energy too, but The best thing in all of that is to making this fruits into juice are not difficult to do. so I'll want to recommend this list of my favorite and super easy to make fruit juices just for you.

-Grape juice-

Ingredients:
grape concord or any grapes you choice

Needed tools:
streamer or colander
blender
pot/cooking pan

Procedure:

pull out the grapes on the stem one by one.
put the grapes in a streamer and wash them with water (i recommend warm water) so that all the chemical will washed it too.
mashed or blend the grapes until the juice will come out.
put it in a pot and cook in a low heat for 15 minutes.
put it in a streamer and extract the juice directly to your glass.

-Water melon Juice-

Ingredients:
seedless water melon
1/2 cup of sugar (i recommend honey for sweetener)
1 cup of lemon juice
ice cube
200 cc of water

Needed tools:
blender
colander or streamer 

Procedures:

chop the water melon into chunks
put it in a blender and blend it for a minute
after blending it extract the juice in the colander and leave the pulp if you prefer plain water melon juice (for me i prefer water melon juice with pulp)
after extracting the juice put it back again in the blender and add the sugar or honey and remaining ingredients and blend it again for 1 minute and your done.(healthylivinghub.net)

-Tomato juice-

Ingredients:
ripe tomatoes
honey or sugar
pepper
salt

Needed tools:
knife
bowl
cooking pot

Procedure:

wash the tomatoes and chop it.
put it in pot and cook for about 20 minutes until it become soft.
extract the juice in a streamer and leave the tomato pulp.
put in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
after that boil it again for 3 minutes.

-Strawberry juice-

Ingredients:
strawberry
1 cup of lemon juice
200 cc of water
ice cube (optional)
honey 3 tbsp
salt

Needed tools:
blender

Procedures:

washed the strawberry and pull out the leaf of strawberry
put it in a blender together all of the ingredients and blend it for about 1 minute

blue berries
water

Procedure:

washed the blueberries until it clean.
put all blue berries in a pan or pot and cover it with water.
heat it for about 15 minutes or until it become soft.
after softening it smashed the blueberries and put it in colander and extract the juice.
